A DECADE OF NOUR
In September 2016, NOUR opened on Crown Street with a simple belief. That Lebanese cooking had far more to give than most of Sydney had tasted. Ten years on, that belief still lights the pass.

Four chefs have shaped the NOUR kitchen across ten years. This banquet brings their signature dishes back to one table, from Roy Ner in 2018 to Ben Williamson in 2019, Paul Farag in 2022 and Ibrahim Kasif today. One sitting, plate after plate, a decade of NOUR in a single meal. -

THE ANNIVERSARY BRUNCH

We are closing the celebration the way Lebanese families always have. Late morning, a long table, food that keeps coming and no reason to rush. Staggered seatings from 11am, live drummers through the room, little ones welcome. Add bottomless French rosé and Almaza beer for 50PP.
