ESCA is hosting a month-long celebration of all things Negroni, in collaboration with Four Pillars. Our bar managers have worked with Creative Drinks Director Nick Tesar to craft unique Negroni’s only available this month.

On Nour’s Negroni menu, you can expect the Toasted Coconut Negroni, Four Pillars Barrel Aged Negroni and Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin & Tonic. Join us this September to cheers to negroni’s in ways you've never have before.

As part of ESCA's Negroni Month, we’re hosting a one-off dinner with our neighbours, Four Pillars. Together the chef’s have worked on a unique, standout menu in the typical NOUR banquet style offering a selection of dishes that are a fusion of Arabic and Sicilian flavours. An aperitif and digestif are included on the menu in keeping with the Sicilian theme using Gruppo Campari’s Amaro Averna which is a classic liqueur from Sicily.
